The evening began with a keynote address by Vikram Cotah, CEO of GRT Hotels & Resorts, who discussed the transformation of the hotel into the first Radisson Blu Hotel & Suites GRT Chennai in India. He highlighted the hotel's nature-inspired design, sustainable initiatives, and the new Biophilia suites aimed at enhancing guest well-being. "We have utilised a lot of technology, including AI, to enhance convenience and well-being for our guests. Our biophilia suites are a testament to our commitment to making our hotels more sustainable," Cotah stated.

The discussion focused on future trends in business travel and MICE, emphasizing the hotel's commitment to understanding industry trends and enhancing collaboration with partners.
