Prasad Patil appointed Director of Food & Beverage at The Westin Goa

The Westin Goa has appointed Prasad Patil as Director of Food & Beverage. Patil is a seasoned professional with over 15.5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He started his career in 2007 and has worked with Marriott International, Starwood Hotel & Resorts, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Indian Hotel Company Limited. Patil has a great hand in resolving problems, improving customer satisfaction and driving revenues. He is an enthusiastic and is always eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Patil has an in-depth understanding in operations front for F&B department. He joined Westin to continue and elevate Westin Goa success story in achieving guest satisfaction and revenue targets while creating innovative service offerings. In his new role, he will review and launch new menus, curate award-winning services, conceptualise and improvise, enhance food & beverage offerings, additionally train and empower staff to curate bespoke experiences for guest in his capacity as Director of Food & Beverage.

During his tenure at various notable hotel groups, he has received awards for being ‘All Rounder of the year’, ‘Best Performer of the year’ and had recently received ‘Manager of the year’ in the year 2019. Patil has consistently demonstrated a track record of being guest-focussed and enhancing performance.
