PLUM BY Bent Chair, India's only true retail restaurant brand after tasting its success in Mumbai, has now opened in Delhi. As you step in ‘The Walk’ area of Worldmark at Aerocity, you can see a giant purple winged bear peeping inside a glass window. Called the plummy bear, it commemorates artist Lawrence Argent, the creator of a giant blue bear installed at the Denver Convention Centre in Colorado. The red, blue and green lights, the plum coloured walls with a twist of Victorian style seating, altogether set an amazing atmosphere to dine in. Plum has disrupted the restaurant industry by marrying retail with dining. Each and every product, from quirky cutlery, chairs, hanging lights to wall decors are displayed for sale. The décor of the restaurant has an indulging aspect, which forces you to gaze at the tiniest details. The roof resembles an outdoor dining space, with hanging greens, pots and the cat lights.
