Michelin Guide selected Nadodi takes over Zeera, Conrad Pune

Conrad Pune will host a two-day pop-up by Nadodi, a celebrated Asia’s Top 50 restaurants two years in a row. Also bagging its place in Malaysia’s Top 20 Restaurants since 2020 and featured in the Michelin Guide, Nadodi is celebrated for its multi-sensory dining experience. On November 29 and 30, 2024, at Zeera, the hotel’s signature Indian restaurant the guests will have the rare opportunity to savour the rich and reimagined flavours of South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine, skillfully crafted by the talented Chef Yavhin Siri and Conrad Pune’s Executive Chef - Pradeep Rao.

The taste of Nadodi at Conrad Pune along with beverage partner Godawan will bring to life an exclusive tasting menu that embodies the restaurant’s philosophy of blending heritage with innovation. From the complex spices of Tamil Nadu to the delicate flavours of Sri Lanka, the menu offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. This ensures a rich, multi-layered sensory experience that will captivate every diner’s palate.

Starting the experience with the crisp, delicate and earthy welcome Trio of Drinks, non-vegetarian diners can indulge in specialties like Mangrove Crab. Vegetarians will be treated to dishes such as Fenugreek Curry and more. The experience concludes on a sweet note with indulgent desserts like Toddy Ice-Cream, offering a memorable finale to the culinary journey. Nadodi, which translates to "nomad" or "wanderer" in Tamil and Malayalam, pays homage to the migratory traditions that shaped the rich culinary heritage of South India and Sri Lanka.
