Sayaji Pune has announced the appointment of Anurag Anand as the new Director of Operations. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Anand brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the role.
His career began at The Pride Hotel, Nagpur, and he has held key positions at notable properties, including Radisson Blu Ranchi, Radisson Blu Nagpur, The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata, and The Deltin Daman. Anand's strong leadership and operational expertise led him to join Sayaji Raipur in 2018 as Front Office Manager, later advancing to Rooms Division Manager.
Anand expressed his enthusiasm about this new opportunity, stating, “I am honoured to join Sayaji Pune as Director of Operations. I look forward to working with the talented team here to continue delivering exceptional experiences and setting new benchmarks in hospitality.”
In 2022, Anand took on the role of Director of Operations at Effotel Indore, where he showcased exceptional strategic leadership until 2024. His dedication to operational excellence and guest satisfaction has earned him wide recognition in the industry. At Sayaji Pune, Anand will oversee all operations, focusing on enhancing guest experiences, improving efficiency, and fostering team development.
