O by Tamara in Thiruvananthapuram is set to host its inaugural Sri Lankan Food Festival from August 15 to August 25. The event will feature a special menu crafted by Sri Lankan chefs, Chef Jayasuriya and Chef Sendil Kumar, highlighting authentic dishes such as Sri Lankan Fish Cutlet and Neagmbo Crab Curry.
Operating nightly from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM, the festival will also present live music from the Sri Lankan band Vajira and the Sax, alongside unique décor created by a coconut leaf artist.
Additionally, in partnership with Sri Lankan Airlines, a raffle will offer attendees a chance to win two business-class tickets to Colombo, with the winner announced on the festival's final day.
