Novotel Pune appoints Anant Leekha as new General Manager

Bringing over 20 years of extensive experience and a proven track record of achievements in the hospitality industry Anant Leekha is all set to take over as the new General Manager at Novotel Pune.

Leekha's career spans over two decades, during which he has showcased a remarkable blend of sales and operations expertise. 

Marking the beginning of his journey this appointment marks a significant return for Leekha to Pune, where he initially served as General Manager in 2016. His 16-year tenure with Accor has equipped him with deep insights into the company's goals, service standards, and brand identity. 

Prior to joining Novotel Pune, Leekha held significant roles, most recently serving as Cluster General Manager for ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ibis Navi Mumbai, and ibis Thane. 

In his new role at Novotel Pune Nagar Road, Leekha will oversee the overall operations and management of the hotel. He will focus on enhancing guest engagement and profitability while further establishing the hotel's reputation as a premier destination in Pune.
