Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences appoints Learning & Development Manager

Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has appointed Arpita Mukherjee as the Learning & Development Manager. Mukherjee joins from her latest assignment at Fortis Healthcare India Ltd. as Head of Learning & Development (Eastern Region).

With more than two decades of enriching experience across diverse brands including Nike, Flipkart Health Plus (Sasta Sundar), Café Coffee Day, JIS Group, Jet Airways and Gulf Air, she will be responsible for building and driving the overall training and growth of Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences. She will furthermore be working on optimising the Accor training programs and mentoring individual growth closely.
