Nasi and Mee to launch first seven-course Omakase experience in Bengaluru

The new outlet is designed with a tropical theme, featuring a hand-painted mural inspired by the Malaysian jungles of Borneo and orangutans

Nasi and Mee, the makers of Singaporean and Malaysian cuisine in India, are set to introduce their first live sushi bar featuring a seven-course Omakase experience at their new outlet in Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru. This immersive dining journey allows guests to witness chefs crafting dishes right before their eyes.

The Omakase menu includes a variety of delicacies such as beetroot-cured salmon Carpaccio, sashimi-grade Hamachi, handcrafted Salmon Nigiri, Aburi Unagi, and Nori Tacos filled with Spicy Tuna and Cream Cheese Salmon. Additionally, the à la carte offerings emphasise a Nigiri-focussed approach, with highlights like Truffle-glazed Thai Asparagus Nigiri, Inari Nigiri, Ebi Nigiri, and Hamachi Nigiri. Guests can also enjoy a sashimi platter, Asparagus Tempura & Cream Cheese Maki, and Miso-glazed Grilled Corn.

These new offerings complement Nasi and Mee’s signature dishes—Singapore Chicken Rice, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Goreng, Char Kway Teow, and Rendang—that have become guest favourites over the years. The new outlet is designed with a tropical theme, featuring a hand-painted mural inspired by the Malaysian jungles of Borneo and orangutans, blending seamlessly with Nasi and Mee’s contemporary aesthetic.
