Mitele Sbardellini joins Grand Hyatt Mumbai as Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage

Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences has appointed Mitele Sbardellini as the new Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage for Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Sbardellini is a well-known hospitality specialist with considerable culinary experience, having worked at a variety of metropolitan hotels and resorts in Indonesia, India, South Korea and Thailand. Born in Bogotá, Colombia and raised in Pavia, Italy, Sbardellini brings a diverse cultural background to the table.

Sbardellini has worked in the culinary sector for over a decade, honing his talents in numerous roles and gaining significant insights into the hospitality industry. He was designated as one of Hyatt's Asia Pacific F&B professionals in 2022. He is a goal-oriented individual with a firm belief of excellent cooperation in achieving economic success.
