SHERATON GRAND Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has named Manik Vishnoi as the new Food and Beverage Director of the property. Manik will be responsible to carry out overall culinary operations, which includes financial, managerial and operational aspects of the hotel’s F&B endeavours. He comes with exemplary knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry especially food and beverage, which will enable him to establish a formidable brand presence in the market.
Manik Vishnoi has an overall experience of 16 years that includes managing restaurants, banquet operations and events planning. His excellent managerial and leadership skills in the aforementioned domains have proved to be an asset in his previous assignments. He has been part of renowned 5-star properties throughout his career, which made him a highly result-driven individual with a seamless track record.
Manik began his career in 2002 with Hyatt Regency, New Delhi and took up the role of a Team Leader in 2004 at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. He spent his next 6 years at JW Marriott Mumbai from 2006 to 2011 where he held various managerial positions and looked after multiple F&B outlets as well as banquet operations and events. Later he moved onto Marriott Jaipur and JW Marriott, New Delhi Aerocity where he held Director of Events position between 2011-2012 and 2012-2014 respectively. He was F&B Manager at Marriott Bengaluru, Whitefield from 2014-16 and before joining Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, he served as F&B Manager at Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa, Rajasthan.

Manik holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM, Ahmedabad. For his outstanding work and accuracy in carrying out overall operations, Marriott Asia Pacific 2012-2013 recognized him as the ‘Leader of The Year – Event Management’. He loves driving and exploring new places as well as tacking care of his pets.
