Kochi Marriott appoints Gaurav Tokas as Rooms Division Manager

Gaurav Tokas has been appointed as the new Rooms Division Manager at Kochi Marriott, leveraging his experience of over 14 years in guest management and guest support within the hospitality industry. He began his career with Taj Group of Hotels as a trainee member of the Hotel Operation Management Training Program in 2008, and later held positions such as Front Office Supervisor at Radisson Bengaluru and Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Hotel and Residences Pune with Hyatt Hotel Corporation.

As Rooms Division Manager at Kochi Marriott, Tokas brings skills and experience to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, as well as maintain the quality standards of the rooms department. He will be responsible for financial management within the department. Tokas holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition Chennai.
