Mamaka by Ovolo has welcomed Chef Anuj Kumar Ray, a culinary expert from Jabalpur, India, known for his unique approach to Indian cuisine. Growing up cooking along the Narmada River, Chef Anuj aims to innovate while honouring traditional flavours.

His signature dishes include carefully crafted spice blends made in-house, such as garam masala and chai masala. Menu highlights feature a slow-cooked dal makhani, inspired by North Indian cuisine, and a variety of snacks like street-style aloo chaat and samosas, drawing from his diverse culinary background.
