The Indian Culinary Forum (ICF) is set to hold the 21st Annual Chef Awards on October 17, 2024, at The Ashok in New Delhi. This event, recognised as one of the largest culinary gatherings in India, aims to honour culinary excellence and innovation.
The awards will feature approximately 200 participants competing in various categories, including Master Chef of the Year, Kebabs, Indian Patisserie, and more, showcasing the rich diversity of Indian cuisine. A panel of distinguished judges, certified by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS), will evaluate the contestants, led by Chef Rajiv Gulshan from Le Cordon Bleu Gurugram.

Alongside the Chef Awards, the 12th Knowledge Summit will focus on the theme 'Culinarians in the AI Era - Tiptoeing the Fine Line,' facilitating discussions among hospitality leaders and educators on contemporary challenges in the culinary field.
