Hyatt Regency Gurgaon appoints Gopi Nandakumar as Executive Chef

Hyatt Regency Gurgaon has appointed Gopi Nandakumar as Executive Chef. With over 20 years of experience in restaurants and luxury hotels, Nandakumar will be leading the culinary operations, guest satisfaction and the conceptualisation of food festivals at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon.

Chef Nandakumar brings with him a wealth of hospitality experience in several luxury buildings including Taj, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu and Heritage Park Australia. He was associated with Hyatt Regency Mumbai as Executive Chef before joining Hyatt Regency Gurgaon. As Executive Chef, he will oversee all of the hotel’s culinary operations including its signature restaurant, Kitchen District and Lavana, The Lounge and The Long Bar as well as the hotel’s in-room dining programme, banquets and catering events.
