Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa appoints Pankaj Bisht as Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage

Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Pankaj Bisht as its new Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage, as it prepares to unveil a series of new culinary concepts.

Bisht brings over 23 years of experience to this five-star family resort. Having kickstarted his career in 1999, Bisht honed his skills in the kitchens of leading hotels including the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. He first joined Hyatt in 2006, initially at Park Hyatt Dubai and later at Park Hyatt Melbourne, before he was appointed Executive Chef at Park Hyatt Maldives in 2014, and then at Park Hyatt St Kitts. 

Bisht arrived in Vietnam in 2019 as Director of Culinary – F&B Operations at Nam Nghi Phu Quoc, the luxury eco-resort that forms part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. Now, he brings his expertise to Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa, which is embarking on a new era of epicurean excellence in 2023.

As Executive Assistant Manager, he will oversee the resort’s diverse Food & Beverage offerings.
