Steven D’souza has taken over as Chef de Cuisine at Hyatt Palace Pune. D’souza hails from Mumbai and brings to the table over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry out of which he has been a part of Hyatt for the past 12 years.
He joined Hyatt Regency Mumbai in 2011 as their Chef De Partie and further progressed to a Sous chef in 2019 with Hyatt Pune. Prior to this, he worked on cruises and with JW Marriott Mumbai too. D’souza is a strong believer in teamwork and ensures to encourage and empower his team, enabling them to showcase the best of their abilities. His passion for food allows for him to bring in creativity and spunk into his creations generating beautiful experiences for his guests.
