Rooted in Mongolian culinary traditions, the buffet features a hearty combination of meats, vegetables, rice, noodles, and flavourful sauces. This setup allows guests to personalise their meals, selecting ingredients and pairing them with signature Japanese and Thai sauces, ensuring a unique and tailored dining experience.
The concept of ‘Eat What You See’ is central to the buffet, creating an engaging connection between the preparation and enjoyment of food. The live cooking stations showcase expert chefs at work, adding a theatrical element to the meal while ensuring freshness and bold flavours.
