In his last stint as a General Manager at Novotel, Guwahati, he excelled in enhancing guest satisfaction, delivering operational excellence, driving outstanding performance in terms of revenue and hotel positioning. His vast knowledge and expertise in the hospitality domain has contributed immensely to the success of the group.
As the General Manager at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, he will be responsible for driving the overall hotel operations with his strategic thinking and leadership skills which will strengthen the brand in the city.
