Abhishek Kukreti joins as head chef of the hotel at Hilton Jaipur, Jaipur- Rajasthan.
Equipped with 17 years of experience and a degree in hotel management from IHM, Bangalore, he has gone global in his career. He has the opportunity to work in hotels and restaurants from the Middle East, Europe, and the United States returning to his home country, India.

Kukreti has gained his knowledge in various cooking approaches, ingredients from his travels to different places and acquiring the knowledge of the cuisines of those lands. Using the same in his own creativity and putting a surprise component in his creations is what makes him a western cuisine specialist. His great panache is a result of him working with Michelin star chefs like G.Garvin and Pierre Gagnaire.
His interest in travelling and re-inventing conventional lost dishes with his personal signature touch shows his great expertise in the hospitality sector and global culinary experience. Thus, making him an asset to Hilton Jaipur.
