Anantara Hotels expands with a new property in Africa near Victoria Falls

Minor Hotels is set to debut its first property in Zimbabwe under the Anantara Hotels & Resorts brand. The Anantara Stanley & Livingstone Victoria Falls Hotel will officially join the portfolio on December 1, 2024, offering luxury accommodations just 15 minutes from the iconic Victoria Falls.  

This marks a milestone for Minor Hotels as it strengthens its presence in Africa. The new property complements the existing Royal Livingstone Victoria Falls Zambia Hotel by Anantara, creating a dual-location luxury experience on both sides of the Zambezi River.  
 

The Anantara Stanley & Livingstone Victoria Falls Hotel is an exclusive, family-friendly, 16-suite property designed for comfort and sophistication. Each suite can be configured as a double or twin, and interconnected rooms cater to families seeking privacy. Guests can enjoy a gourmet restaurant, a lounge and bar with a variety of drinks, a tranquil garden pool, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Located within a conservation area, the hotel provides a gateway to the Natural Wonder of the World, Victoria Falls. Guests can partake in a range of activities, including boat trips to Devil’s Pool, zip-lining across Batoka Gorge, and helicopter rides over the falls. For wildlife enthusiasts, game drives and black rhino conservation experiences are available at the nearby Victoria Falls Private Game Reserve.
