Four Seasons Bengaluru welcomes Mohammed Saleem Gafoor as Executive Pastry Chef

Before joining Bengaluru, he served as Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel & Resort Doha for nearly a decade

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has appointed Mohammed Saleem Gafoor as its new Executive Pastry Chef. With over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Chef Saleem brings expertise, creativity, and passion for pastry arts to the hotel's celebrated culinary team.  

Chef Saleem’s career includes tenures at renowned brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Le-Royal Meridien, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Before joining Bengaluru, he served as Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel & Resort Doha for nearly a decade, where he led large-scale operations and contributed to high-profile events like the FIFA 2022 preparations in Qatar.  

Known for his innovative dessert creations and meticulous attention to detail, Chef Saleem has honed his skills with cross-training experiences at Four Seasons properties in Mauritius and Bahrain. This global exposure complements Four Seasons’ dedication to crafting exceptional guest experiences. Chef Saleem aims to elevate the hotel’s pastry offerings with his signature style and creativity, promising guests a unique and memorable culinary journey.
