Hilton has announced the signing of its first hotels in Guyana, introducing Hilton Georgetown and DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Georgetown. These properties, managed by Hilton and owned by Assets Group, will feature a total of 411 rooms and be part of a mixed-use complex in Georgetown.

The hotels are strategically located downtown, near key amenities and attractions. Hilton Georgetown will provide 253 rooms, a lobby bar, a restaurant, and an outdoor pool, while DoubleTree Suites will offer 158 suites. Both establishments aim to enhance the hospitality offerings in Guyana, which is seen as a growing tourism destination.

The hotels will also include shared spaces and a member-only Social Club, equipped with wellness and recreational amenities, a conference centre, and various dining options.
