HILTON CHENNAI has appointed Amit Kumar as the new General Manager. In this new role, he will supervise seven departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage Services, Kitchen, and Hygiene & Security. With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry in India, Kumar worked with Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. He joined Hilton Worldwide in July 2014, taking charge of operations for Hilton Chennai.
