Prior to joining Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, Butola served as the Deputy Housekeeper at Vivanta Bengaluru – Whitefield, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining the aesthetic standards of the hotel. Throughout her career, Butola has been recognised for her outstanding contributions and achievements.
