Goa Marriott Resort & Spa is set to transport guests to the heart of Rajasthan with its upcoming Rajasthani culinary festival, Rajasthani Rajwadi Rasoi. The 10-day event, taking place from September 20 to 29, 2024, at the Waterfront Terrace and Bar, will showcase the flavours of Rajasthan’s culinary heritage.
Diners can indulge in an exclusive dinner buffet from 7 PM to 11 PM, led by Guest Chef Bhik Singh from Jaipur Marriott Hotel, renowned for his expertise in traditional Rajasthani cuisine. Chef Singh hails from Belwa, Balesar in Jodhpur, and has built a stellar reputation for his ability to craft authentic Rajasthani dishes that highlight the region's bold flavours and distinctive ingredients.
The menu will feature iconic dishes such as Junglee Maas, Laal Maas, Dal Baati Churma, Gatta Curry, Jodhpuri Murgh, Pitod ka Saag, and Ker Sangri. Each dish is a testament to the rich culinary traditions of Rajasthan, offering guests a taste of its royal heritage. Complementing the savoury offerings is a dessert spread featuring regional delights like Ghevar, Doodh Jalebi, Ras Malai, and Phirni with Kesar Doodh—perfect for those with a sweet tooth.
