Gaurav Srivastava has been promoted as Associate Director of Sales at Hotel The Royal Plaza, New Delhi. With over 11-plus years of experience in the hospitality industry, Srivastava aims to further enhance the front office operations, sales and marketing plans at Hotel The Royal Plaza. Known for his hard-working personality and customer-oriented approach, Srivastava is well-versed in identifying and capitalising on potential business opportunities, modelling luxury sales strategies while optimising sales funnel and market penetration.

On his new role, Chetan Kapoor, Deputy General Manager, said, “We are delighted to announce Gaurav’s promotion to the next level. As the Associate Director of Sales, Gaurav will be key in driving our hotel’s sales and marketing initiatives. Formerly, he was employed as a sales executive at the property, where he outperformed his goals, and worked his way up to become an Associate Director of Sales. He has exhibited great expertise and a passion for establishing and retaining long-term relationships with customers. Srivastava is a graduate of Allahabad University and also holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from SMS- School of Management Sciences).
