Fairmont Jaipur appointed Gaurav Malhotra as their Executive Chef. He has over 20 years of meritorious experience working with renowned hospitality brands around the world, including Taj, Westin, Holiday Inn, and other Accor branded hotels Pullman, Novotel, and Sofitel.
Malhotra is most recent assignment was as an Executive Chef at Pullman Jakarta Central Park. His solid foundation and seasoned experience in culinary operations, as well as avant-garde gastronomy, make him the ideal candidate to lead Fairmont Jaipur's diverse Food & Beverage offerings.

He has culinary experience ranges from modern European to progressive Asian cuisines. He specialises in creative buffet setups, fine dining presentations, and high volume catering for banquets and conventions.
Malhotra has received numerous honours, including the recent ‘Chef of the Year 2018' award from the Accor hotel portfolio in India. He successfully completed HACCP certifications and FMS targets for a number of Accor hotels, ensuring a high level of food safety management. His insatiable curiosity, willingness to experiment, and extensive knowledge of global culinary trends will contribute to Fairmont Jaipur's unrivalled dining experience.
