Surat Marriott Hotel has brought the culinary heritage of Uttarakhand to Surat with the Taste of Uttarakhand Food Festival. Commencing from August 30 to September 8, at the Table 101 restaurant, the event offers a unique opportunity to experience the rich flavours of Uttarakhand.

Expert chefs from Uttarakhand have crafted a menu that highlights the region's most beloved dishes. Guests can start their culinary journey with Buras Ka Juice and enjoy appetisers like Pahadi Paneer Tikka. Main courses include Jhangora Rice, Jholi, and Chosari Dal, as well as signature dishes like Pahadi Murgh, Pahadi Chicken Curry, and Macchi Ki Tari.

The festival also features regional specialties such as Rotana, Arshe, Jakhya Aaloo, Chimi Ki Sabji, and Mangodi Ka Chilla. Guests can also indulge in desserts like Bal Mithai and Singori, which capture the essence of Uttarakhand's sweet traditions.
