Novotel Hyderabad Airport has unveiled Seafood Nights, a limited-period gastronomic celebration in the city. Every Saturday till September 28, 2024, guests can indulge in a carefully crafted menu by the hotel's culinary team, showcasing the finest ocean delicacies.
Featuring a blend of fresh local and global ingredients, the event will offer an unmatched fine dining experience. The culinary journey begins with a flavorful Samundar Shorba, followed by a variety of innovative main courses such as Grilled Prawns, Broccoli, and Cherry Tomato Salad. Sushi enthusiasts can enjoy expertly crafted California Rolls, paired with regional specialties like Gongura Royyalu Pickles. The entrée highlights an array of seafood delights, including Roasted Red Snapper with Exotic Vegetables, while the grill counter serves up dishes like Peri-Peri Prawns. Vegetarian options, such as Tandoori Marinated Paneer, are also available at the grill station.
