Experience Rajasthani culinary at Crowne Plaza Gurugram

Crowne Plaza Gurugram has announced Rangeelo Rajasthan food festival at Café G set to take place from August 30 to September 8, 2024, will feature Rajasthani cuisine with authentic and royal flavours crafted by Chef Sachin Rathore.

Chef Rathore, celebrated for his expertise in traditional Rajasthani cuisine, will showcase a selection of his most cherished dishes, including the Laal Maans, Daal Baati, Junglee Maas, Jodhpuri Gatta Curry, and Ghewa. Executive Chef Sandeep Saini has collaborated with Chef Rathore to curate a menu that reflects the rich culinary heritage of Rajasthan, bringing the taste of the state to Gurugram.
