The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa has announced a three-day culinary festival, Flavours of Rajasthan, featuring Guest Chef Bhik Singh from Jaipur Marriott Hotel. The Red Brick Room will host the Rajasthani Food Festival, from September 6 to 8, 2024, offering guests an authentic experience with a buffet available for both lunch and dinner.

The festival will highlight some Rajasthani specialties, reflecting the deep-rooted food traditions of the region, known for its bold flavours, unique ingredients, and time-honoured cooking techniques such as Junglee Maas, Laal Maas, Dal Baati Churma, Gatta Curry, Jodhpuri Murgh, Pitod ka Saag, and Ker Sangri. Each dish embodies the heritage and authenticity of Rajasthan, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.

Chef Bhik, hailing from Belwa, Balesar in the Jodhpur district of Rajasthan, has devoted his career to mastering the art of Rajasthani cuisine. Currently based at Jaipur Marriott Hotel, Chef Bhik has earned widespread acclaim for his expertise in Rajasthani food and curry.
