The Leela Bhartiya City has announced a special Onam Sadya feast at its premium restaurant, Quattro, on September 14, 2024. In honour of Kerala's iconic harvest festival, Quattro will offer guests an authentic Sadya experience, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of the region.
Sadya is a feast served on a banana leaf, symbolising the abundance and prosperity of the harvest season. The Onam Sadya at Quattro will feature a meticulously curated menu, with each dish prepared using fresh coconut, spices, and locally sourced ingredients. Highlights of the menu include Sharkara Varatti, Kumbalanga Pachadi, Beetroot Pachadi, Vendakaa Theeyal and Pal Ada Payasam.
The menu also includes traditional dishes such as Vazhakka Upperi, Kerala Pappadam, Rasakadali Pazham, Naranga Achar, Pulli Inji, Vellarikka Kichadi, Kondattam, Pineapple Puliserry, Valli Payar Thoran, Kootu Curry, Kaalan, Olan, Avial, Chenma Rice, Nei Parippu, Varutharacha Sambhar, Sambharam, and Parippu Pradhaman.
