From September 20 to 29, 2024, JW Kitchen at JW Marriott Kolkata will host the Frontier Food Fest, a celebration of the rich culinary traditions of the Northwest Frontier. Renowned Chef Rehman, acclaimed for his expertise in Mughlai and Nizami cuisine, will bring the flavours of Persia, Afghanistan, and Northern India to life through a specially curated menu.

The menu will feature signature dishes like Shahi Galawati Kebab, Paneer Hazrat Mahal, Nazakat Boti Kebab, and Subz Dum Pulao, offering a balance of spices, textures, and aromas that capture the essence of the region’s heritage. With slow-cooked meats, fragrant rice, and richly spiced curries, the festival will appeal to both meat lovers and vegetarians alike, providing an authentic taste of the Northwest Frontier’s legendary cuisine.
