Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road announces the Andhra Food Festival at its Indian restaurant, Saffron, from December 13 to 20, 2024. Chef Muni Chandrudu will showcase traditional Andhra cuisine through a specially curated menu that highlights the region's culinary heritage.
The festival will begin with refreshing drinks and soothing soups, moving to a variety of appetisers. Non-vegetarian selections include Guntur Mirapakai Kodi and Vanjaram Tawa Fish Fry, while vegetarian diners can enjoy dishes like Miryalu Putta Godugulu and Hyderabadi Paneer 65.
The main course features a range of rich flavours, including Gongura Mamsam and Nilgiri Vegetable Kurma, complemented by Rayalaseema Vegetable Biryani and an assortment of Indian breads. Traditional desserts like Qubani Ka Mitha and Badam Halwa will conclude the meal.
