This unique festival is curated by Executive Chef Abhimanyu to offer the rich and diverse flavours of Garhwal’s traditional cuisine.

The menu is a celebration of Garhwal’s culinary heritage, featuring a variety of traditional dishes that capture the region’s comforting flavours. Guests can start their meal with crispy Urad Dal ke Pakode, a popular Garhwali snack, and continue with the comforting Marue ki Roti, a traditional bread. The spicy Aloo ke Gutke offers a burst of flavour, while the hearty Gahat Dal and flavoured Kafuli provide a taste of authentic Garhwali home cooking. To round off the meal, the sweet and creamy Jhangure ki Kheer is sure to satisfy any dessert cravings.
