He emphasises on the brand’s pursuit of technological innovations stating, “We’re always pushing for excellence with our tech innovations. We’ve been focussing on is helping hotels reduce acquisition costs by improving direct bookings. We have solutions that move bookings from offline channels to loyalty-building digital experiences supporting the reduction of customer acquisition costs by over 50 per cent. For example, with one of our clients, we manage 10,000 room bookings per day through OTAs. It’s about transitioning those guests into longterm loyal customers through the RMS system, giving hotels the tools to evolve the guest experience and cut down on costs.”

Analytics
Elaborating on how their Cloud-based management systems offer analytics to hotels for enhancing operational efficiency, he states, “Hotels and resorts using RMS can easily track all the key performance indicators like occupancy rates, RevPAR, ADR and guest satisfaction. The dashboards are fully customisable, so hoteliers get the exact data they need, in real time, whether it’s operational metrics, guest NPS or financial performance. Future
