DJRS Hospitality unveils The Smokey Kitchen

DJRS Hospitality has unveiled its second cloud kitchen, The Smokey Kitchen, promising to redefine the city’s fast-food landscape. Building on the success of its predecessor, Hot Rocks, the new venture aims to deliver authentic American flavours with a contemporary twist.

The culinary team led by Chef Amit Shetty, Chef Shreyas Kadam, and Chef Nicolas Madueno Davila gives a menu crafted with precision and passion. From classic burgers to innovative twists like the Nashville Fried Chicken Burger and the Texmex Chicken Hot Dog, the menu caters to a diverse range of palates. A standout feature of the cloud kitchen is its in-house bakery. The menu also offers an array of sides, including crowd-pleasers like Truffle Fries and the unique Chicken Kiev Fries, as well as healthier options like salads and wraps.
