Debanjan Kundu Appointed as Director of Sales at TravelClick

DEBANJAN KUNDU has been appointed as Director of Sales - India for TravelClick. He brings with him a cumulative experience of more than 15 years in hotel Sales & Marketing. His astute business acumen along with TravelClick’s repertoire of services will help hotels to maximize profitability.

In his last role as the Director of Sales & Marketing of The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, Debanjan successfully drove revenue of the luxury brand’s first and only hotel in the Indian subcontinent which he had joined from Sheraton Grand, Bangalore. Debanjan has also worked in different capacities with Westin Hyderabad and The Oberoi Grand. He started his career with food and beverage operations as a Corporate Trainee at Hyatt Regency, Kolkata.

Debanjan is a Gold Medalist from IHM Kolkata and has won many accolades for his leadership including FHRAI Young Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager and Hotelier India – Sales Person of the Year. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Lampeter.
