The inspiration behind Bella Aroma stems from a unique collaboration between Chef Marco, a Mediterranean culinary expert, and the in-house chef at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad. Their shared passion for Mediterranean cuisine has led to the exchange of authentic recipes straight from the Mediterranean region. These recipes, now perfected by the culinary team, form the menu, bringing the true essence of Mediterranean flavours to Ahmedabad.
