Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar appoints Gaurav Paleja as Director of Sales

Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar has taken over as Gaurav Paleja as the new Director of Sales. Paleja brings with him a wealth of experience in positioning the resort as a leading luxury destination.

Paleja’s career includes stints at Hilton Shillim, The Lalit Suri Hospitality, Sahara Star and Aamby Valley. His most recent success was as part of the pre-opening team for W Goa in 2016 where he played a pivotal role in establishing the W brand in the Indian market within a year. Paleja’s appointment comes at a time when the hotel looks to expand and enhance its offerings. His ability to develop and implement effective plans to boost revenue, market share and occupancy rates will be instrumental in driving the hotel’s success.
