Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru announces Bhatkali Food Festival

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road announced a six-day culinary festival at their all-day dining restaurant, Momo Café. The festival running from August 5 - August 10, 2024, aims to celebrate the gastronomic heritage of Bhatkal, a quaint town along Karnataka's coastline.

The exclusive culinary experience is led by Chef Fatima Riyaz, in collaboration with Executive Chef Vijay Bhandari. Among the culinary delights to be enjoyed are signatures like Shayya Biryani, Mudkale, Haldi Pana Nevri, Dee Fanas Fry, Masala Oodey and a selection of desserts, including Showfapana Poli, and Shayya Godaan. Each dish reflects the rich tapestry of flavours and traditions that make Bhatkali cuisine unique, celebrating the cultural exchange and the town's culinary legacy.
