Chef Ravi Shankar Sharma Appointed as Executive Chef at Novotel Ahmedabad

RAVI SHANKAR Sharma started his career as a kitchen assistant at The Park, Vishakhapatnam. With an overall career, spanning a little more than a decade and a half, Chef Ravi specializes in continental cuisine. Over the past decade, he has developed an expertise in Japanese, Mediterranean and, other niche and exotic cuisines from all over the country.

He holds a diploma in hotel management and catering technology with an expertise in accentuating customer experience, leadership and development.

Chef Ravi is always pushing the envelope when it comes to devising new culinary experiences. His relentless passion for innovating new recipes and concepts has helped him delight foodies one dish at a time.
