Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel and Convention Center has announced the appointment of Hardeep Singh as Chef de Cuisine. With over a decade of culinary expertise gathered from esteemed brands across India and Dubai, Chef Hardeep brings a wealth of experience to his new role.
Starting his culinary journey as a commis chef with Jaypee Hotels in Agra in 2013, Chef Hardeep steadily ascended through various culinary positions, accumulating a diverse knowledge base. He further honed his skills and contributed significantly to the success of restaurants such as JW Marriott's K3 and the internationally acclaimed Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor at Canvas M Gallery by Accor, Dubai. In his most recent role as Sous Chef at Hyatt Andaz, Chef Hardeep played a pivotal role in elevating their food hall, Annamaya, to the status of Award-Winning Food Hall of the Year.
Chef Hardeep has remained steadfast in his commitment to preserving the traditional flavours and techniques of Indian cuisine. He adeptly blends these methods with a modern touch, resulting in innovative and delightful dishes. As Chef de Cuisine at the hotel, he will oversee the operations of the newly launched Indian speciality restaurant, Zarf. Under his guidance, Zarf promises to redefine the dining experience, offering guests an unforgettable culinary journey marked by creativity, authenticity, and a flavourful exploration of India's diverse culinary landscape.
