Chef B Visu appointed Specialty Chef at Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Bengaluru

Over the years, he has cultivated his culinary repertoire, mastering Western, Italian, Greek and Mediterranean cuisines

With 16 years of culinary expertise from establishments across Australia, UAE and India, Chef B Visu has been appointed as the new speciality Chef at the Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield for Alto Vino, the hotel's Italian restaurant. Chef B Visu has an additional international expertise, working as a Sous Chef at Majestic Hotel Tower and Omnia by Silvena Rowe in Dubai.

Not only his work expertise, but he also holds a certificate IV in Commercial Cookery from VETASSESS Australia, an International Certificate in Emergency First Aid at Work, and a PIC Award certification based on Dubai Municipality requirements.
