Capella Hotels and Resorts to Establish Capella Residences in Seoul

Capella Hotel Group has announced its collaboration with Heonin Town Development Ltd to launch Capella Residences Seoul, set to open in 2027. This venture marks the brand's entry into South Korea's capital and will feature a collection of luxury residences in the Seocho-gu area of Gangnam.

The project aims to enhance the luxury living experience in Seoul, integrating the city’s rich cultural heritage with modern amenities.
