Bird Group to expand Quick Service and Casual Dining operations

The company intends to open 20 new outlets by the end of 2024, followed by 35 in 2025 and 50 by 2026, these locations will be placed in tier I, II, and III cities

Bird Group has announced plans to enhance its operations in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Casual Dining sectors. The company intends to open 20 new outlets by the end of 2024, followed by 35 in 2025 and 50 by 2026. These locations will be placed in tier I, II, and III cities, including major areas such as Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

Currently, Bird Foods operates four QSR brands: Spice Nama, The Indian Stories, KaChing, and Eat.co, each offering unique culinary experiences. The company’s new outlets will integrate advanced technology to improve customer interactions.

Their operations also include a state-of-the-art commissary in Gurgaon that adheres to strict hygiene protocols and provides catering services.
