Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield is bringing the festive flavours of Kolkata to its guests with a specially curated Bengali buffet at Mcafe, from September 9 to 13, in celebration of Durga Puja. This five-day event, known as ‘Pujor Bhoj,’ offers a rotating menu that highlights traditional Bengali delicacies, ensuring a unique experience each day.
Guests can start their culinary journey with refreshing beverages like Aam Panna and Gandhoraj Ghol before enjoying live counters featuring classic dishes such as Luchi with Cholar Dal and Mughlai Paratha. Starters include Bengali street food favourites like Postor Bora, Mangsho Cutlet, and Dhakai Fish Tikka.
The main course showcases an array of traditional delights, from Murgir Biryani and Kosha Murgir Mangsho to Mutton Rezala and seafood options like Daab Chingri and Ilish Mach. Vegetarian guests can savour dishes like Aloo Posto, Mochar Ghonto, and Chanar Dalna, capturing the essence of Bengali home-cooked meals.
