Angsana Oasis Spa & Resort Bengaluru announces workshop with Chef Rahul

It aims to help people learn and appreciate various cultures, cuisines and communities of India

Angsana Oasis Spa & Resort Bengaluru has announced a workshop with Chef Rahul. The workshop aims to bring people together as a group every week to learn and understand the cuisine of lesser-known communities in remote regions.

Open for all, the workshop will include a two-hour session of foraging from the garden around the resort and a five-course cooking session with Chef Rahul which will be followed by a leisurely lunch.

On August 17, 2024, Chef Rahul will start the workshop with one of India's closest allies, Bhutan by introducing four signature dishes from the cuisine, Ema Dashi, Puta Lamb, Bathuep and more. Through this initiative, he aims to bring people together and help them learn and appreciate various cultures, cuisines and communities of India.
