Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road appoints Srikant Kodali as Director of Sales and Marketing

Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has appointed Srikant Kodali as Director of Sales and Marketing. Leading the sales and marketing vertical at the hotel, his core responsibilities will include planning and implementing of the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, maximising hotel’s revenues and exploring business development opportunities.

A graduate in Business Administration with a Master’s degree, Kodali comes with over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He started his Marriott journey with the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa in 2014 as an Assistant Sales Manager and moved through the ranks within the organisation. In his last assignment, Kodali was the Director of Sales at the JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, leading the sales centre and proactive efforts at the hotel. As a testimony of his extraordinary performances, Kodali was bestowed with the prestigious Marriott International’s President Circle award consecutively for 2016, 2017, 2018 and then again in 2022.

In his new role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Kodali will lead the business retention and expansion efforts of the Sales and Marketing team in order to drive revenue growth and will also play a key role in catalysing the branding and communications efforts of the hotel. On his appointment, General Manager of Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Sita Lekshmi, said, “We are elated to have Srikant with us.
